Rift Labs Studios - Community Standards
- Users must avoid and report harassment, hate speech, slurs, and discriminatory language.
- Trolling, flamebaiting, or intentionally disrupting the experience of others is prohibited.
- Sensitive or controversial content must be properly tagged or blurred based on age rating.
- 15+ and gore content must be blurred.
- 18+, illegal, pirated, or malware content is strictly prohibited.
- Advertising or promotional content must be approved and placed in designated channels.
- Users can request a Content Creator License for streamlined promotion rights.
- Channels must be used for their intended purposes. Misuse may result in warnings or restricted access.
- Media, memes, and bot usage must be appropriate to context.
- Avoid spamming and overloading systems.
- @here and @everyone pings are reserved for specific roles; misuse may result in timeouts or removal of roles.
- Bugs or exploits in permissions or bots must be reported immediately.
- Follow rules set for each Rift Labs game.
- Report discovered or created exploits or hacks.
- Only use authorized launchers (e.g., Steam).
- Do not share or tamper with game files; report incidents through the ticket system.
- You may create/modify public content if you hold the necessary rights.
- Modding tools must follow the official Rift Labs Modding Policy.
- UGC must be safe-for-work unless clearly marked otherwise.
- Users are responsible for their own data and its protection.
- Doxxing or sharing private information is not tolerated.
- Misleading links, malware, scams, and data-grabbers are strictly forbidden.
- Document any harmful messages (e.g., via screenshot) and report them.
- Do not argue with staff in public; use the ticket system for disputes.
- Moderators and above have the authority to delete or lock content.
- Impersonation of staff or misleading conduct is not allowed.
- Bans and punishments are final unless appealable by ticket.
- Stay updated on announcements from the moderation team.
- The Rift Labs Studio High Command may override any decision or punishment unless it involves illegal activity.
- Any user may open a ticket to report others. If unable, contact High Command directly.
- The Studio Director has final authority in staff-related matters and may dismiss any staff member.
